The entire process from consultation to installation usually takes 2-3 weeks. During peak periods, the timeline may be longer, but we will do our best to accommodate your expectations.

If any issues arise, our team will promptly address them to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Delivery is included for most locations. For remote areas like Sentosa, additional fees may apply. Contact us for details.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty for curtain tracks, blind mechanisms, and fabric against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear from regular use is not covered.
